Experience close encounters with native wildlife in beautiful ancient forest, between the Historic City of Canterbury and the pretty coastal town of Herne Bay. (How to get here)

As a registered charity, Wildwood takes part in conservation programmes of many native species, such as the water vole, hazel dormouse and European beaver. So what you pay to visit Wildwood helps save some of the most threatened native animals in the UK.

We offer regular special events, daily talks and feeding programmes around the park, interactive sessions tailored to your groups' needs, and extensive supporting education materials for schools.

Open every day, 363 days a year (Opening Times), Wildwood Trust is a year-round ever changing experience for all the family. Wildwood has every facility you would expect from a premier visitor attraction.

Have a look at our map which will help to plan your day.

To help you get the most from Wildwood, we strongly recommended that visitors allow at least 2 hours for their visit. Please bear in mind that you may not be able to see all of the park if you arrive less 2 hours before closing time.
